Can I buy just the station without the lockout tagout devices included?
TRADESAFE lockout tagout stations are packed with lockout tagout devices and supplies included except for our steel storage cabinet which we offer in two options: with and without LOTO devices included
How many padlocks can this station accommodate?
Our large LOTO station station has (4) shackle holders designated for padlocks and (1) for a hasp. Each shackle holder can hold (2) locks. If you need more space, we have padlock stations that can accommodate either 10, 12, or 20 lockout locks.
If more than one set is purchased, are the padlocks on the additional sets keyed the same as the first set?
No. Each set comes with keyed different padlocks. Additional sets will have unique keys.
How to get replacement keys?
We do not keep a spare key for any of our locks. In case the key is lost, you may destroy the padlock to remove it from the locked out machine/equipment while strictly following proper LOTO procedures and with the approval of authorized supervisors.
Can more lockout tagout supplies be added to this station?
This station is sized to fit only the current items included; thus, there may be limited space for additional supplies. An empty steel storage cabinet and a canvas LOTO storage bag are available separately.
