Parker Daedal Linear Stage Ball Screw Actuator Model 404 XR 200mm or 8 inches of Travel.
Ballscrew pitch is 5mm  Nema 23 stepper motor model LV231-01-10
The actuator was part of of a linear stage x,y,z that was purchased brand new for a project
That never started. The pictures are of the actual item please do your own research for information.

There is two alignment pins at the bottom of the actuator that I  tried to remove with a set of pliers and couldn't
remove them. Take a close look at the picture.
