This electric clock does not run, I can hear the gears turning inside the movement but the minute hand doesn't advance (I show photos with the back off so you can see the type of movement). One of the bulbs is out, I swapped the bulbs to be sure it wasn't another problem. One thing I noticed when I swapped the bulbs was when I plugged it in the light didn't turn on right away so I opened it up and tightened it down, I found that while that light did turn on, if I pulled or pushed on the power cord it would go on or off, so the wire connections probably need inspection or re-work (but both sockets do work). The clock is about 10.5" square (seems slightly taller than wider) and 3" deep. The interior looks very clean.
