The Pack itself is used in great condition. The attachable bow pouch and shoulder strap pouch are missing buckles or have broken buckles (how I bought it). I never planned to use those parts but you may be able to get replacement parts from the manufacturer. Eberlestock makes amazing packs that are very durable.
Update: The actual pack has all working buckles and zippers in good condition.
