    BIG RedHead Heavy Duty Canvas Hunting Duffle Bag 28" Long x16" High x15" Deep.
    In excellent barely used condition. Has previous owners name written on the shoulder strap.
    Whole lot of room inside, heavy duty zipper, handles on both ends, very heavy double top strap and shoulder strap.
    RedHead logo on the front is embroidered.
    Awesome duffle bag in awesome condition.

We do not read minds to see what you are having problems with.  I do the packing to the best of my ability, but sometimes the post office is not too delicate with items, and although rare, I do make mistakes occasionally, please be understanding, GIVE ME TIME TO DO WHAT I CAN DO. Items come from a smoke free household. I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays and most items are shipped by parcel post or Fedex  and books, CDs, DVD's, video games etc. by media mail but there is usually an option to use priority mail on the invoice I send you. Buyer is to pay shipping unless noted otherwise in listing- I live at the Bottom of Florida and the post office charges postage by distance, so most states are postal zone 8 and a lot farther away from me than if I were in the middle of the country.   We pack these items well but everyone is at the mercy of the postal service. Please check out my other listings, I try to keep a wide variety listed.   "Return Policy"----I do not accept returns unless the item I have sold is completely different from what I have listed. If the item is not as I have listed, or pictured, then it is an option. If the item arrives damaged by the post office that is not something that I did. I package the items well and books are wrapped in plastic and put in a bubble mailer. I try to protect the items the best that I can. I will refund money if the item is returned to me--if it is broken due to something that I did.
